Welcome to Deal Reaper. By accessing or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase from Deal Reaper.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal Reaper provides all services — including, but not limited to, software tools, rarity rankings, pricing insights, email alerts, and content — “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We expressly disclaim:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully accurate.
• Any guarantee that data (including floor prices, rarity data, or alerts) is current or reliable.
   

Our tools are intended to support your decisions — not make them for you. You are solely responsible for how you use the data or strategies provided.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Deal Reaper, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or opportunity
• Emotional distress or reputational harm
• Errors in alert delivery, pricing inaccuracies, or platform downtime

If liability is established, our total responsibility will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the issue occurred.

Your outcomes from using Deal Reaper may vary. We do not promise or imply any specific results, financial gains, or success in flipping or reselling. Testimonials and examples provided are not guarantees — they’re anecdotal and may not reflect typical results.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of Deal Reaper’s tools and content, we do not offer refunds once access is granted or products are delivered.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You’re buying access to digital tools, data, and strategies
• You waive any right to request chargebacks or reversals, except where legally required

We do not store your payment information. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. Any personal data collected during purchase is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Stripe’s policies.

Affiliates may earn up to 30% lifetime recurring commission on all active Deal Reaper subscriptions referred by them.

• Payouts are issued monthly via Stripe or other supported methods.
• Fraudulent referrals or self-referrals will result in disqualification.
• We reserve the right to change the commission rate or terminate the program at any time with notice.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deal Reaper, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the services
• Your breach of these terms
• Any violation of third-party rights

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify users via the website or email when significant changes occur. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
